I’m a documentary photographer and UI/UX designer based in Downtown Los Angeles. I graduated from UCLA with a BFA in Design and have been working professionally in both careers for over a decade. Driven by my hunger for simplicity, I strive to create better experiences on our screens or in our pockets, so that we might regain some sanity and essentially, time… and everything that time affords, you know, everyday life with its beautiful, unnoticed moments, all these things we all have in common as human beings – that’s what I love to photograph. I’ve worked in Haiti, Malawi, Mexico, China, and the Philippines.

User Interface/Experience Design

I’m a web and mobile professional, covering UX, UI, and markup. I try to code as efficiently and sustainably as possible, informed by a strong understanding of current standards and limitations. Basically, I work with the logic, psychology and interface for touch devices and websites.
